MELTING

  • Air induction melting furnaces : two roll-over induction furnaces (65kg)
  • Vacuum furnaces : 1 vacuum furnace with a capacity of 35 kg and 1 vacuum furnace with a capacity of 65 kg for super alloys, fitted with a 25 kg cold crucible for melting titanium

HEAT TREATMENT 

  • 1 vacuum heat treatment oven qualified by SNECMA
  • Hardness testing : HB, HV, HRC machines

METALLURGICAL INSPECTION 

  • Spectrometer and carbon/sulphur analyser  
  • Metallurgy laboratory accredited by SNECMA
  • Ceramics laboratory for analysing slurries  

DIMENSIONAL AND NDT INSPECTION

  • Two CAD-integrated measuring arms 
  • Three-dimensional machines (mechanical, optical)
  • Surface profilometer, Endoscope, Roughness tester
  • RX400 KVA radiographic inspection (film and digital prints) 
  • Fluorescent and dye penetrant inspection 

MACHINING
